DESCRIPTION OF THE Husqvarna 701 Enduro Adventure KIT PARTS:
RAM is proud to present to the market RAM kit with all necessary part as described below after an intensive design and R&D process which took three year time. The R&D stage and design phases are developed with the best knowledge and personal experience even thinking the details of ignition to keep in its standard position so the key lock still functions as original and as well as keep the fairing of the rear fuel tank without any modification and the RAM fuel tank is designed so to be mounted without any modification of the original exhaust routing. Such a detailed R&D and design makes RAM kit the only kit in the market possible to be a plug&play kit free of any kind modification of original Husqvarna 701.

FUEL TANKS
- RAM fuel tanks are manufactured by rotational moulding technology with various moulds and they are specially designed for 701 Husqvarna Enduro
- The most durable polymer of POLYAMID PA / PAINTABLE Nylon scale is used in RAM tanks
- The polymer has been used is the most detailed manufacturing technique in the world and the highest resistance and strength in rough conditions
- One set of two (2) front RAM roto‐moulded fuel tanks are (7.5 L‐each) per side and constructed off POLYAMID PA / PAINTABLE Nylon
- The RAM supplied fuel tanks set are interconnected to each other and as well as interconnected individually to the standard Husqvarna supplied rear fuel tank
- Interconnection is done via quick connection/release valves
- Quick connection/release valves are included
- Hose fittings are included
- Fuel hoses are included
- The total fuel capacity is 28 L with additional RAM supplied fuel tanks set
- The fuel cap for RAM tanks set are included with Tygon Yellow Breather pipes interconnected via metallic tee
- The Husqvarna supplied standard OEM RFR EFI fuel pump is relocated to the RAM supplied sight side fuel tank
- All tanks are interconnected, standard rear tank and RAM supplied left side fuel tank can be individually isolated with RAM supplied sight side tank which is allocating the standard OEM RFR EFI fuel pump
- The customised frame brackets for RAM fuel tanks made of Aluminium 7000 series CNC machined are included
- The fuel indicator and level alarm sensor are relocated to the RAM supplied right side fuel tank which is going to give fuel level alarm at worst case with minimum remaining 3.5 L fuel condition
AIR FILTER BOX MAX
- The RAM roto-moulded Air Box-Pro includes 7075 aluminium mounting plates, connection bolts made of stainless steel and rivnuts
- The RAM Air Box-Pro is a leak‐proof product with a quick change filter retention system, also to fit and use with Twin Air Filter (154516)*
- The RAM Air Box-Pro is designed to with a water puddle relief hole for self-discharge of the water
- The RAM Air Box-Pro is designed to meet the long‐standing desire of professional riders
NAVI TOWER PRO
- The RAM Navi Tower-Pro is with an exceptional UNIQUE design TRELLIS FRAMES which are made of well calculated tubular structure

- The RAM Navi Tower-Pro roadbook bracket is adjustable and with flexible mounting connection parts to supply the rider comfortable navigation

- The RAM Lower Bash-Plate is designed to allow high air flow for better performance
- The RAM Lower Bash-plate is painted with Electro Cataphoresis Coatings**
RALLY SEAT UNI
- The RAM kit seat is manufactured of integral foam moulding technology
- The RAM kit includes a Customised black coloured seat with two options***
- For long journey riders RAM recommend 35 shore hardness
- For rally riders RAM recommend 45 shore hardness
- The RAM kit seat is manufactured by a sub-manufacturer who is a well known sub-manufacturer of world known German motorcycle brand as well

- The RAM Premium decals are heavy duty 0.5 mm laminated film in area of fuel tanks’, bash plate and fairings
